Until when is the pre-order period?
Pre-order periods typically run for 2 weeks up to 1 month. However, depending on the volume of orders or any delays that may occur, it may either close earlier or be extended. All updates will be posted on our Twitter / X account.
How long until I receive my package?
All items are for pre-order, unless stated otherwise. Estimated order fulfilment time after the pre-order period has ended can last anytime from 2 weeks up to 3 months depending on the items included in the order. Delivery for international orders is approximately 10-15 business days. Since items will be shipped from suppliers to our address, there may be some unexpected delays.
Please do not proceed with your order if you are not willing to wait within this timeframe. We kindly ask for your patience, and we will do our best to speed up the process and provide regular updates via Twitter/X.
Why are there multiple shipping options on the checkout page?
Since our shop's platform does not have any weight-based shipping, we decided to come up with multiple shipping categories to keep shipping fees fair for both our shop and all customers. As such, kindly select the shipping category that best fits your order. Below is a short rundown of each shipping category:
PAPER MERCH ONLY
orders with stickers, sticker sheets, poster prints ONLY
REGULAR RATE
orders including dolls, charms, pins, bottles, and other regular-sized items
WITH 1 SHIRT
orders including 1 shirt only, with or without paper merch and regular-sized items
WITH 2 SHIRTS
orders including 2 shirts only, with or without paper merch and regular-sized items
OVERSIZED ORDER
orders with more than 10 regular-sized items OR 3 or more shirts
What is your refund policy?
All orders placed are final and non-refundable. However, we may accept partial refunds on a case-to-case basis after orders have been shipped out. If you have any issues with your order, kindly contact us via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Do you ship to (x) country?
We are aiming to have our merchandise be as accessible to as many people as possible, so international shipping is available for most countries. However, please note that there may be extra fees you must pay for customs release. This fee is not included in the shipping cost and must be paid separately.
How much does the shipping cost?
Asia: $6-17
Africa & Middle East: $7-21
Australia & Oceania: $8-24
Europe: $9-27
United States & Canada: $10-30
Orders with only paper merch included are the base price per region, as they will be packed in mail envelopes and not bubble mailers. Meanwhile, oversized orders (ie. orders including more than 10 regular-sized items OR 3 shirts) will incur a larger shipping fee than the range stated above.
IMPORTANT ! Kindly review the shipping options on the checkout page and select the correct category according to the items included in your order to avoid being overcharged or having to make a follow up payment later on.
Does the shipping have tracking?
Yes, we will be shipping the packages via PhlPost registered mail. This is slightly more costly than regular mail, but we do not offer regular mail shipping as an option. This is because we want to provide a tracking number for each order to prevent the parcels from getting lost.
My parcel’s delivery failed / got returned to the sender. What should I do?
In the event that your parcel’s tracking begins to reflect RTS (Return to Sender), kindly contact us via email. Once the parcel arrives back at our address, kindly allow us up to 1 month to redispatch it, as we only make trips to the postal office periodically.
Depending on the reason for RTS (wrong address provided by customer, unreachable contact number provided by customer, multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, etc.), we may charge up to 50% of the shipping fee again to resend your package, however this is entirely on a case-to-case basis and we are willing to have a dialogue to resolve the matter.
